This bootcamp teaches MSPs how to evaluate AI opportunities honestly, understand the economics of delivering AI services, govern deployments securely, and build a 90-day launch plan with named clients. No prior AI experience required beyond ChatGPT.

Topics we'll cover: 

  • Evaluate any AI opportunity honestly. Score it on three lenses (Business, Experience, Technology), identify the right intervention level, and know when the answer is not AI.
  • Have the first client conversation. Discovery methodology, objection handling, and a five-step engagement sequence that starts with a free assessment and earns the next meeting.
  • Govern AI deployments before they go live. Draft an AI Use Policy, understand the three-gate deployment model, and know when to stop a project that isn't working.
  • Build an agent system. Hands-on in Azure AI Foundry: orchestrator-worker architecture, multiple data sources, scoring rules you define, structured output.
  • Understand what it costs to deliver. Delivery Cost structure, Gap Value ceiling, pricing model options, and the variables that depend on your team's capability.

Gather insights and bring them to life in our hands-on labs. Apply what you learn to real MSP scenarios as you collaborate, problem-solve and build expertise through practical exercises.  

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

A credit card is required to register. A non-refundable fee of $100 will be charged to the card on file if the registrant does not attend the event or cancels their registration within ten (10) calendar days of the scheduled event start date.
